Refund Policy

A purchase gives you a perpetual licence to the XauStack Execution Stack: an Expert Advisor compiled for the MT5 account numbers you give at checkout, its preset files, and updates to the Product for as long as it is maintained. A licence covers up to 2 account logins — the ones you give at checkout, and only those.

The licence stays bound to those logins for its whole life. Moving to a different MT5 account is a new licence at the current price, not a change to this one; what we rebuild free of charge is a new version of the Product for the accounts the licence already covers.

Delivery starts immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed we compile your build and the download appears on your order page. By buying, you ask for that delivery to begin at once and you acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started, to the extent your local law allows you to waive it.

No refunds are given once a build compiled for your account numbers has been made available for download. The file is made for your logins and cannot be returned or un-downloaded, so a delivered build is final.

This applies regardless of trading outcome: losses, a failed prop firm evaluation, a change of broker, or a decision to stop trading are not grounds for a refund. Download the free demo before you buy if you want to see the software run on your own terminal first.

If your payment succeeded but no build ever reached you, contact us with your order reference and we will either deliver the Product or refund the order in full.

If the download is corrupt, or the build will not start on an account number you gave us and we cannot fix it, we will refund the order in full. Tell us before buying a second time.

Crypto payments are irreversible once confirmed on-chain; underpaid, overpaid or expired invoices are handled case by case, and an order that was never fulfilled is refunded or completed at your choice.

Duplicate orders paid twice for the same licence are refunded on request. Opening a chargeback or dispute before contacting us ends the licence.

Sharing, reselling, or attempting to circumvent the account lock ends the licence without a refund. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.

The edition sold on the MQL5 Market is bought, paid for and licensed by MQL5 inside MetaTrader, and MetaQuotes’ own terms and refund rules apply to it. This policy covers only purchases made on xaustack.com.
